Does the Marketplace replace our employed workforce?
No. Shifts go to your own clinicians first through InternalPool, and the Marketplace covers what remains: census spikes, hard-to-fill shifts, and roles you don’t employ.
Are Marketplace clinicians credentialed?
Yes. Every Marketplace clinician completes your CredentialHub requirements, including background screening through ClearStar and your facility-specific onboarding, before any shift is worked.
How is the Marketplace priced?

How are clinicians paid?
Marketplace clinicians work as 1099 independent clinicians and are paid through Everee, weekly or daily. Your organization does not run payroll for them.
Can we keep the same clinician for a longer arrangement?
Yes. Through ShiftReserve you can keep the same clinician for recurring shifts or a multi-month arrangement, including leaves of absence that start on short notice.
