Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Emergency Department (Per Diem)

MedicalMatch is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our pool of PRN (as needed) staff for ED units. As a PRN ED CNA, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on a per-diem basis.
In this role, you will:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure).
- Collect and prepare specimens as directed.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
- Assist with patient hygiene and comfort measures.
- Report changes in patient condition to the RN.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications
Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
Previous Emergency Department experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
