In this role, you will:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or physician, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing basic nursing duties.
• Assist in wound care, IV therapy, catheterization, and other clinical procedures as needed.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Document patient information and care provided in the electronic health record (EHR) system accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring continuity of care.
• Observe and report any changes in the patient’s condition to the RN or physician.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatments, procedures, and care routines.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, hospital policies, and safety guidelines.
