In this role, you will:
- Provide comprehensive bedside care to adult medical and surgical patients, focusing on pre- and post-operative care.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and manage IVs according to physician orders.
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in the electronic health record.
- Maintain a safe and patient-centered environment.

Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of employment.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Med-Surg setting preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
